In the page ‘Fields of activity’ we introduced the basic fields of operation of Morag. These fields exist in different forms in other companies that deal with organizational and financial development, or companies that specialize in technological solutions.

The combination described above enabled us to develop special fields of activities that are designed for companies and organizations which have specific needs, or are required at a certain time.  Our ability to perform in these fields became possible due to the fact that we employ professionals with experience and specialized knowledge.  The adaptability that exists in Morag enables us to continue to develop new fields according to the circumstances, and to improve the treatment we supply to the organizations we work with.

Organizational politics – code name of activities of coordination between organizations on the financial level, and also of activities of promotion of financial interests in the government field.Mr. Hamami, chairman of Morag, has many years of experience in the government field. This is from his work as senior advisor in several government committees, and as a result of cooperation with some of the largest municipal authorities. We will support the process of communicating and building negotiation plans.  We will build this program while guarding the interests of the board of the company, and striving continually to reach the financial goals that were defined.Where necessary, it is possible to coordinate and promote a supporting program for required legislation in the legal channel, in order to keep constitutional rights, promoting modernization processes, supporting financial processes in the private market, etc. These procedures add significant power to any organization, and managing it in the proper fashion improves the extent of the support and its quality.

Preparations for emergency situations – a special project developed in Morag. Its development started after the Second Lebanon War, in which it became clear that the Israeli civilians are not ready to deal with threats on the home front, specifically private companies that are required to continue activities in time of war.In order to deal with this situation, Morag has set up a professional and experienced team in the field of emergency readiness. It includes professionals in the field of defense, and acquired their skill through long time service in the army, as well as industry and managing engineers, human resources managers and others.This team apprehends the dangers, effects and ways of confronting missile assaults in the home front, and is proficient in the process of preparing organizational settings for emergency situations, preparing procedures, coordination with rescue bodies and building and upkeeping situation rooms.
